I used this for several weeks and didn’t see any real change. I was hoping to give it a fair shot, but it just didn’t do anything for me. When I tried to ask about options, it felt like everything was brushed off with some policy excuse, which was frustrating.

I really wanted to like this, but the scent was just way too strong for me. It had this herbal smell that didn’t work in a good way, at least not for my taste. The texture also felt greasy and kind of just sat on top of my skin instead of sinking in. I don’t think I’d buy it again

Overall, the ingredients seem mostly nice and fairly gentle, which I appreciate. That said, a few of the products still have fragrance, and it seems to bother my skin a bit. For the price, I guess I expected the formulas to be a little cleaner.

I ordered from susannekaufmann.com expecting the delivery to be fairly straightforward, based on what the site said. But after placing the order, I went days without any clear update, which made me uneasy. When I’m spending money online, I really need to feel like I know where my package is and that there won’t be any surprises.
I reached out to customer service, but the response was vague and didn’t really give me any reassurance or a proper timeline. The package eventually showed up much later than expected, but by that point I was already frustrated and didn’t feel good about the whole experience. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they improve their shipping communication.
